😁Happy Friday all! Its that time of the week again! This weeks’ find is brought to you by Guardians fixed inspector Sam Bray who discovered this faulty fuse whilst conducting a recent site survey.
🕵🏻As can be seen via the picture below, this specific fused spur has a missing fuse carrier & is therefore exposing live & internal components, which ultimately should never be accessible.
⚠️Why is this Dangerous?

❗Although a missing fuse carrier may seem minor, the presence of live electrical components can pose a life-threatening hazard.
📜Regulation 416.2.1 states that ‘Live parts shall be inside enclosures or behind barriers providing at least IP2X protection’.
