😄It’s Friday, & its time for another find! This week’s edition is brought to you by Guardians electrical inspector Gareth Roberts who discovered the following picture whilst recently conducting a panel risk assessment at client’s site.
📸The picture below shows a fuse carrier found within a control panel that has over heated due to an incorrect fuse replacement. This can be a common issue found within panels which can easily lead to fires; however, these are typically excluded from EICRs and therefore highlights the importance of a Panel Risk Assessment (PRA).
