🩷Guardian Electrical Compliance proudly support Wear it Pink 🩷

Today is the official day for Wear it pink, celebrating their 20-year milestone, hosted by Breast Cancer Now. 🙌

On Tuesday, Guardian Electrical brought a splash of pink to the office to support Breast Cancer Now. We held games including our pink sweepstake and “guess how many pink hats”, and also the chance to win some fantastic prizes in our raffle. Chocolate, wine and a chance to win? Count us in! 🍫🍾

Wear it pink is more than a fundraising event at Guardian. Like many workplaces, our team includes people whose lives have been touched by breast cancer, and behind all the fun, our purpose is to raise money to aid life-saving research and life changing support for people affected by breast cancer.

Zoe, our incredible Reports Manager at Guardian, who is personally affected by breast cancer has said, “Cancer survivorship has taught me that being alive and struggling can exist at the exact same time. I am grateful to be here and some days, this is still really hard. I will continue to raise money for Breast Cancer Now with at least one challenge every year as this is really important to me, to give back.”

A genuine thank you to all staff that have either wore pink, joined the games donated or participated in the raffle, all donations are going to a worthy cause. 🩷💰
