???This weeks’ find features a lead, that at the time of inspection was in use by the customer! As you can see on the picture below, the exposed wires have had a bit of a makeover, by attempting to cover the live wire with insulation tape, ultimately the item was failed.
✅After informing the duty holder of the issue, the lead was replaced and later retested by one of Guardians EET engineer and was deemed as passed, resuming to normal service.
??Just another example highlighting the importance to having your businesses electrical equipment inspected and tested thoroughly.
