📸As can be seen, this specific client was still actively using this socket when Rob discovered it! This find is really taking “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” to the next level” 🤦🏻♂️
⚠️The hazards associated with a broken plug socket can be severe, with the potential to cause electric shocks, burns, and even fires. The emphasises on the importance of being aware of the presence of hazards like this one cannot be underestimated!
📜How does this find breach the regs? Regulation 416.2.1 states that; ‘live parts shall be inside enclosures or behind barriers providing at least the degree of protection IPXXB or IP2X’.
