??This weeks’ edition has been brought to you by Guardians fixed inspector Andy Lee who discovered the pictured distribution board during a recent a recent inspection and test and a client’s site.
??This board was located at the top of a loading bay ramp, suggesting that the cause of the damage is because of a forklift truck hit. If the damage alone wasn’t bad enough, Andy further discovered that beneath the cover of the DB, was a live and easily accessible busbar.
?The fault was issued a C1 due to not being able to rectify it at the time, and the client was informed straight away.
