?This weeks’ find has been brought to you by Guardians very own fixed inspector, Nicky Foster & Jordan Wright , who discovered this deadly DB whilst conducting a site inspection.
?As can be seen on the various pictures below, this specific find was found with serious burns due to a maximum thermal reading of 280 degrees!! Thankfully for this client, Nicky & Jordan had identified this major risk before any further deadly consequences could take place.
⚡If that wasn’t bad enough, the DB was arching & flashing upon removal of the cover and resultantly was immediately isolated. Just another example of our inspectors’ daily finds…
