🙃Where do we begin with this one? The image below was captured by one of our fixed inspectors during a recent site inspection, where they discovered this seriously concerning distribution board…
🔍On closer inspection, it quickly became clear that this distribution board had far more issues than first met the eye. For example, exposed live parts, poorly supported and redundant cables, and missing covers — that’s before addressing the tangled mess of wiring throughout the board!
📜Regulation 416.2.1 states that; ‘Live parts shall be inside enclosures or behind barriers providing at least the degree of protection IPXXB or IP2X’.
