🔎This weeks’ edition has been brought to you by Guardians fixed inspector Andy Lee, who discovered the following pictured circuit during a recent inspection and test at a client’s site.
📸Upon further inspection, this specific Circuit was flagged up by a high thermal reading 3 years ago by Guardian! The client was made aware on the initial inspection and advised that the entire distribution board needed replacing due to the damage. However, 3 years later the issue had not been rectified, and Andy was greeted with this sight. Thankfully no further deadly consequences occurred, and the distribution board has now been replaced by the client.
Had this have been actioned earlier, this would have prevented downtime and costing of new materials.
