?This weeks’ find was kindly sent to us by Guardians very EET Inspector, Steve Harris! ??
?As can be seen below, the following pictures shows a badly broken plug top which was found to be used for a heater onsite. The heater was crazily still plugged in to the wall socket & in use despite exposing live parts! ⚠️
??♂️Resultantly, the socket was swiftly isolated, and the plug top & wall socket were terminated & both replaced.
✅Thankfully, everything was left safe & compliant, and nobody was hurt despite the huge risks of electrocution or electrical fire! ?
